Dining at The Völkers House is shaped by the island, its soil, its sea, its seasons. Effortlessly elegant and thoughtfully curated, the estate’s restaurant reflects a refined, vibrant spirit, rooted in Mallorcan heritage with a subtle Latin influence. Cooking is ingredient led, centred on open fire, natural flavours, and seasonal produce from local farmers, fishermen, and artisan partners. Dishes are completed in the kitchen, others unfold as long asados beneath the olive trees. At the bar, classic cocktails meet signatures inspired by place and people. The experience flows with ease, guided by instinct, attention to detail, and a genuine sense of hospitality.
