The Völkers House was created by Christian and Ninon Völkers as a private hospitality project combining architecture, landscape, and an active way of life. The concept is rooted in the idea of a country estate where guests experience Mallorca in a more personal and private setting – a vision that grew from years of welcoming friends and family to their home on the island.

The Völkers House is located in southeast Mallorca, near the villages of Campos and Santanyí. The estate is approximately 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI).

The estate accommodates up to 30 guests across its fifteen suites, along with a further 28 guests in two separate resdidences designed for longer stays.

The experience reflects a private residence rather than a conventional hotel property, with a sense of ease and discretion throughout. The scale is generous, the setting is personal, and the staff to guest ratio is attentive. Guests move freely through the estate, with its offerings available at their own pace.

While we highly appreciate the vibrant energy of family vacations, The Völkers House has intentionally chosen to dedicate itself to creating an oasis of stillness and privacy. To preserve a calm environment, overnight stays and general residency within our hotel rooms and suites are mindfully dedicated to guests who have completed their 16th year of age. We sincerely thank you for your gracious understanding and cooperation in preserving this unique atmosphere for all our guests.

The estate is best explored on foot, with most areas within easy walking distance of one another. A fleet of bicycles is available for guests, stationed near the villas and main houses. For guests with limited mobility, transfers across the property can be arranged with The Völkers House team.

The Völkers House is a private country estate in southeast Mallorca, operating as a licensed Agroturismo with hospitality accommodation. The property spans 28 hectares and offers fifteen suites across four residences designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architect Richard Meier, complemented by two standalone Mallorcan manor villas.

Yes. The Völkers House is designed as a year-round destination. Mallorca offers mild winters and long seasons, making the estate suitable for stays throughout the year.

The estate offers fifteen suites distributed across four houses designed by Richard Meier. Each suite opens onto a private courtyard or garden; two suites per house include a private pool. In addition, two Mallorcan manor residences, slightly set apart, are available for longer stays and exclusive private reservations.

Dining takes place in the main restaurant "La Cancha", which serves Mallorcan and Mediterranean cuisine using produce from local farmers and fishermen. Menus follow the seasons. Reservations are required for dinner.

Yes. The spa is exclusively curated by Celia Forner Venturi, founder of the high performance skincare brand ALLEVEN. The approach centres on precision and efficacy, with a focused selection of signature treatments designed to deliver tangible results.

Dogs are welcome at The Völkers House. We kindly ask that they are kept on a lead throughout the estate, in consideration of the horses. Dog beds are available in the suites on request. An additional cleaning fee applies. Other domestic pets are not permitted on the estate. Service dogs are always welcome. Guests who wish to bring their own horse may enquire about stabling at the Equestrian Centre. Please contact info@thevoelkershouse.com.

Yes. Transfers to and from Palma Airport, as well as local taxis, can be arranged through The Völkers House team. As the estate is in a rural location, we recommend arranging transport in advance.

Yes. On-site parking is available and included in the stay.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas of the estate. It is not permitted inside any of the buildings.
