La Cancha, named after the estate's polo field, unfolds across an elegant dining room and a terrace with sweeping views over the grounds. Guided by simplicity, nature and the landscape, its cuisine follows the rhythm of the day.
Lunch celebrates the abundance of the estate garden, the season's most flavourful tomatoes and delicately prepared Mediterranean fish, brought together with a vibrant Latin spirit.
As evening falls, white veal, Mallorcan porc negre and wild-caught fish take centre stage, accompanied by a carefully curated wine programme and gracious, understated service.
